Program Manager

Serves as primary contact with client and manages projects to meet client expectations.  Oversees all phases of the project.  Communicates with client on project: design, schedule, and all other issues on an ongoing basis.

§           Master’s Degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

§           12 years relevant experience.

Senior Instructor – Professional

Senior level instructor.  Delivers training and education subject matter to students at the expert level.  Provides advanced experience and education to the curriculums and delivery.  Organizes, prepares and conduct complex training and education programs for personnel

§           Master’s Degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

§           PE, CIH, CHMM, CSP, REM, MPH, JD or equivalent professional certification

§           10 years relevant experience.

Senior Instructor – Regulatory Specialist

Senior level instructor limited to EHS regulatory training.  Assists in the development of, and delivers need-specific, as well as off-the-shelf regulatory compliance training.

§           Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

§           10 years relevant experience.

Senior Instructor –
Hazardous Materials

Senior level instructor limited to Hazardous Materials training.  Assists in the development of, and delivers need-specific, as well as off-the-shelf regulatory compliance training.

§           Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

§           10 years relevant experience.

Senior Development Engineer/Designer

Oversees the design, development, and/or implementation of training projects and distributive training products.  Communicates directly with Program Manager in identifying client organizational and regulatory requirements and offer solutions. 

§           Master’s Degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

§           10 years relevant experience.

Staff Instructor

Develops and delivers training and education services at the staff level.  Prepares lectures, case studies, and other materials.  Identifies learning objectives pursuant to instructional systems design theory.

§           Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

§           5 years relevant experience.

Staff Engineer/Designer

Develops and/or designs both conventional and computer-based distributive training applications.  Uses advanced software development tools in conjunction with knowledge of current instructional systems design and adult learning theory.   Creates storyboards, course outlines and other tools used in the development of training products.

§           Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent education and experience.

§           5 years relevant experience.

§           Proficient in advanced CBT software development applications.

Staff Technician

Assists in all facets of course and material preparation.  Equipment and materials setup; materials handling; inventorying; shipping; duplication and binding; and any other assistance required.

§           High School Diploma or GED

§           Documented training and work experience equivalent to one year in related field (i.e., emergency response; regulatory compliance; etc)

Staff Developer

Assesses requirements for new or modified systems.  Prepares written specifications, conducts module and integration tests.  Duties may include light programming, software/application development, project scheduling, and production control.

§           High School Diploma or GED

§           Documented training and work experience equivalent to one year with CBT development software.

Clerical/Word Processor

Assists in the preparation of course materials including course texts, audio-visual presentations, etc. 

§           High School Diploma or GED

§           Documented training and work experience equivalent to one year with MS Office applications.
