GBK assisted with the programmatic and contractual planning necessary to ensure that ESOH issues were integrated into the systems engineering process. We then developed the appropriate Pollution Prevention Plans, ESOH Policy Statements, Environmental/ESOH Management Plans and Strategies, System Safety Plans, and ESOH Evaluations. Our team conducted ESOH compliance audits of prime contractors and programs, prepared key program documentation for program review and milestones, and facilitated program teams and focus groups.Following an external Stall Assistance Visit, GBK produced a Corrective Action Plan and assisted Fort Sill in addressing a series of actions designed to improve Fort Sill's EMS. These improvements were made to the EMS and with the implementation of some additional actions, Fort Sill is on track to declare conformance with the standard in line with the requirement set out by Executive Order 13423.

The US Army Presidio of Monterey required an external authority to assess and audit there existing EMS. The client self-certifies as adhering to ISO 14001 and is required to verify successful adherence to the ISO requiremnts. GBK designed, developed and deployed an audit plan and audit in conformance with ISO 19011 and other guidance. The clients Cross-Functional-Team was fully debriefed on the findings and corrective actions. |
