GBK assisted with the programmatic and contractual planning necessary to ensure that ESOH issues were integrated into the systems engineering process. We then developed the appropriate Pollution Prevention Plans, ESOH Policy Statements, Environmental/ESOH Management Plans and Strategies, System Safety Plans, and ESOH Evaluations. Our team conducted ESOH compliance audits of prime contractors and programs, prepared key program documentation for program review and milestones, and facilitated program teams and focus groups.

Following an external Stall Assistance Visit, GBK produced a Corrective Action Plan and assisted Fort Sill in addressing a series of actions designed to improve Fort Sill's EMS.  These improvements were made to the EMS and with the implementation of some additional actions, Fort Sill is on track to declare conformance with the standard in line with the requirement set out by Executive Order 13423.
