In order to allow environmental program managers, supervisory personnel and environmental compliance officers to manage training requirements as well as effectively deploy requisite training to the appropriate personnel, GBK designed, built and deployed a Training Management System (TMS) and re-configured existing content. We also built, designed and deployed an Administrative User Interface (UI) to provide the user with the functionality to facilitate the identification and assignment of relevant learning content to organizational personnel.
